I’m not always a big fan of shrimp, but my cousin started making this when I was younger and I loved it. Every time I go down to visit family she makes it for me and my sister but she doesn’t share the recipe because she doesn’t want me to start making it on my own.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c tomato sauce
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
